BGI provides professional construction management and pre-construction/design management services, as directed by BG Industries LLC, to oversee Construction Contractors (Contractors) and Professional Design Service Firms (Firms) who are procured by the County to execute the capital projects set forth in the opportunity zone Improvement Plan for County properties. This business plan will include a sample of Professional Services Agreement, part of this plan will provide further information about the required scope of services.
